When you submit a funding request we collect your name, email, phone, business entity name, property address, purchase price, earnest money amount and dates, refundability, exit plan, closing details, title or escrow company and contact details, the purpose of the funding, your attestations, and any contract you upload.

We do not ask for bank account or routing numbers through the form.

Like most websites, our hosting and font providers may receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

How we use it

To review your request, verify the transaction and title or escrow company, contact you and the title company, document any funding, keep business records, and prevent fraud.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, database, sign-in and private file storage, and web fonts. They process data on our behalf to run the site.

We share deal information with the title or escrow company and other parties to your transaction as needed to review and complete it, and with our professional advisers or authorities when required.

Uploaded documents

Uploaded contracts are kept in private storage that only Rvanna's authorized team can access. They are not publicly available.

Security

We use access controls and private storage to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
